Giving Tuesdays #1
OpenPrinciples bootcamp, support education abroad request, mentorship offer, proofreading, soundboarding, health coaching offer, podcasting, video editing
Welcome to Giving Tuesdays, a new feature of On Humanity to support one another and those around us. As described here, every other week your requests or offers to this mutual exchange form will be posted here. Submit one anytime!
Below are submissions from this past week. You are encouraged to consider them by following the links; the first two are the most time-sensitive.
If you are seeking or willing to offer even minor help — such as a piece of advice on some matter — or a more significant kind of support, please fill out the form for yours to be featured two weeks from now.
Ti Guo, co-founder of OpenPrinciples, co-founder / co-organizer of EA IBM, EA UWaterloo, EA Tianxia Mastermind Group, and EA AI Safety Camp Toronto:
Offer: bootcamp.openprinciples.org (application deadline: Sept. 17)
The OpenPrinciples Bootcamp is a 3-week, 15 ~ 19 hours commitment, hands-on experiential learning, knowledge-sharing, and relationship-building opportunity. It is centered around helping you build the habit of identifying, following, and iterating on your life principles (your values, biases, habits, methods, mental models, or, “ways of thinking”). This is the 2nd cohort of the program, we have validated our methodology through our 1st cohort with attendees reported being 44% more principled on average through our 18 hours program. Whether you are a student, a new grad or a professional looking to level up in your career or personal life, this bootcamp aims to provide you with mentoring, experiences and resources to make better decisions for oneself and the world.
